Midnight Sun (5%): IPA brewed with Hornindal Kveik yeast from Norway. Dry hopped with BRU-1, Cashmere, and Cascade hops.
Fields Forever (4.6%): Kettle sour with strawberries.
Southern Star (5.7%): An IPA brewed with pilsner malt and heavily dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin hops from New Zealand.
Hibiscus Wit (4.6%): Belgian style Wit beer with Hibiscus. Dry hopped with Motueka hops.
Juniperus (5.7%): A seasonal pale ale brewed with local juniper boughs and berries in every step of the brewing process. Dry hopped with Cascade and Citra. $1 from each pint is donated to The Montezuma Land Conservancy.
Sego (4.7%) A Belgian pale ale dry hopped with Mosaic and Simcoe hops.
IPA 10 (5.9%): IPA 10 is dry and moderately bitter with a very healthy dry hop addition of Cascade, Centennial, and Simcoe.
Porter (5.3%): An easy drinking porter with pleasant chocolate and roasted notes.
"WildMaker" Coffee Stout (7%): A collaboration with 'The Pie Maker Bakery'. We blended their delicious cold brewed Sumatra Coffee into our stout to create "WildMaker". With deep complexity this beer has notes of coffee, a rich malt profile, and a hint of dried stone fruit.
Barrel 17 (~5.5%): A barrel aged sour beer from a single barrel, Barrel 17. It is a red base beer that was fermented and aged in French oak from 9 months on second use local raspberries with a mixed culture of yeast and bacteria.
