WildEdge Brewing Collective opened on April 11th, 2017 in downtown Cortez after a 7 month renovation of a vacant warehouse. Our concept is that great beer builds great community. Our central location in Cortez, one block north of Main Street in the Central Business District, provides a great space to pursue this goal.

Barrel 4 (7.3%): Barrel aged sour brewed in 2022 from a single barrel. Moderate acidity with notes of berries, cocoa, and oak. Draft Only

7 (7%): 7th Anniversary Red IPA dry hopped with seven hop varietals. Available in 4-pack.
Across the Sea (6.3%): IPA with Cascade hops from Montrose, Colorado, and New Zealand. Available in 4-pack.
Mountain Hopper (6.3%): Rye Pale Ale with Cascade and Chinook hops from Billy Goat Hop Farm in Montrose, CO. Available in 4-pack.

Porter (5.3%): An easy drinking porter with pleasant chocolate and roasted notes. Available in 4-pack.
Bean Boy (7.5%): Stout with Mesa Cafe cold brew coffee added. Complex notes of roast, coffee, chocolate, and cream. Draft only.
Pomastique (7.7%): Beer cider hybrid. Belgian Tripel inspired base fermented with local Jonathan apple cider. Collaboration with Fenceline Cider. Available in 4-pack.
Cortez Kolsch (6%): Light German style ale with local hops. Available in 4-pack.
Orangesicle (5.5%): Orange creamsicle inspired beer with orange juice and vanilla. Draft Only.
